These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pithinc.com and your communications with Pith Inc. ("Pith," "we," "us"), including text messages. By using this site, submitting our contact form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Our services
Pith Inc. installs lead-response bots for trades businesses. Information on this site is general and provided for convenience. Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a contract. Any services we provide to you are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Pith.

How you opt in
- Web form: check the text message consent box on the contact form at pithinc.com.
- Text us first: if you text us, we will reply to your message about your inquiry.
- Missed call: When you call Pith Inc. (or a business using Pith's service on its own line) and the call is missed, a short recorded message tells you that you'll receive a text at the number you called from about your inquiry, and that you can reply STOP to opt out. We send one relevant text in reply, and further messages only if you respond.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts after that unless you opt back in (for example, by replying START). You can also ask us to stop by emailing zach@pithinc.com.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at zach@pithinc.com or (786) 767-7188.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the phone number you provided. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP from it or let us know so we stop texting it.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information, including our commitment that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Using this site
You agree not to misuse this site, including by submitting false or misleading information, submitting information about someone else without their permission, attempting to interfere with the site's operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Pith Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimer
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pith Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from text messages sent or not delivered under these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date below. Continued use of the site or our text messaging program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
